This Website is designed for users from the Republic of Singapore. We accept payments made through PayPal and all major credit cards. When you place an order using one of the accepted payment methods, you confirm that the credit card/debit card is yours or you have been authorised by the owner to use it.
We use third party payment service provider to process online payment transaction. When you place an order, you agree and accept to the terms and conditions of third-party payment service provider.

Delivery Policy

We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders will be processed once the transaction is confirmed.

We make deliveries in Singapore and international orders. Product in liquid form are not allowed to be shipped overseas. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.


Once you have placed your order on this Website, it is deemed as making an offer to buy from SLC. Order confirmation will be sent to you by email and order cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel your order for the reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Order payment authorization declined.
  • Out of stock

Your order will be accepted and confirmed, when we send delivery confirmation to you by email. The delivery confirmation will provide:

  • Details of products have been dispatched to you.
  • Pricing information.
  • Delivery information.
  • Standard Delivery

Delivery will be arranged by self-collection or courier service once your order is confirmed.


  • Monday to Friday (except Tuesday) 10am - 18:00 (except 1pm to 2pm, lunch hour, public holidays, Sundays and Tuesdays)
  • You will have 10 business days to collect, when delivery confirmation is sent to you by email.
  • It is necessary to present delivery confirmation and personal identification of the person who collects the parcel.

Delivery Service

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 - 17:00
  • Parcel will be delivered to residential or commercial address, however P.O. box and Hotel address will not be considered as valid delivery address.
  • No delivery to be made in public places, i.e. outside convenience store, MRT station, shopping mall or lift lobby.

Standard Delivery Charges

Free Shipping is available within Singapore for each order SGD 150 and above
We reserve the right to have additional charge on remote area delivery.

Delivery Service

Each order will be delivered for ONE time only. Please ensure that:

  • correct contact information is provided before checkout;
  • parcel can be collected by you or authorized personnel at the delivery address and date.

The courier may communicate with you before delivery. In the event of an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or other reason, we will inform you failure delivery by email. In such case, you are welcome to:

  • collect your parcel at the Self Collection Centre within 10 business days, or
  • If second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge of $10 will charged.

Each order will be delivered with standard packaging materials. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges.

Please note that SLC will not be responsible for any missing/lost parcel caused by incorrect shipping details being submitted.

You must ensure that all relevant information is provided and successfully uploaded at the time of order submission, otherwise the order processing will be delayed.

Return Policy

SLC aims to maximize customer satisfaction. SLC endeavours to maintain high quality products and stringent service practices. However, if you have any concern, please contact us by email or WHATSPP with photo of damaged goods to 88207661 and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Return and Replacement for Products with Defect

In the event of damaged or contaminated products are found upon delivery, you are required to return such products to our Service Centre for inspection with original packaging and related official delivery note. Refund and Return Policy is applicable only for problems being reported within 7 days upon receipt of product.

However, since our products are all natural, we only stock a small amount to ensure freshness, we cannot guarantee that stock is sufficient for immediate replacement upon your report. We highly recommend you check the product condition upon receipt and report any problem to us immediately to ensure you can get the replacement while stock last.

We only accept goods for return or refund due to damage or bad condition of product and where there is a material fault in the transaction on our part (e.g. wrong product is delivered by us). In case of any replacement of product required, the same product in good condition will be arranged.
SLC does not accept return and replacement request due to the following reasons including but not limited to:

  • Personal preference and other reasons not relevant to product defect.
  • Product issues due to inappropriate storage of customer.
  • Free gift or sample.
  • Damaged or contaminated products not being reported within 7 days or without official invoice.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that delivery charge is non-refundable.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Products once sold are not refundable. They cannot be returned and refunded for whatever reasons other than those mentioned in the section Return and Replacement for Products with Defect in this Terms and Conditions document.

Returning address

To return your products, please send them to Sebastian Liew Centre Pte Ltd, 150, Orchard Road, Orchard Plaza, #07-06, Singapore 238841.
Responsibility waiver

SLC will not be responsible for any returning products lost in transit before arrival to our office. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or take these to our returning address to prevent such loss.

This Delivery and Return Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.

SLC reserves the right to update this Delivery and Return Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.


SLC respects the privacy of every user of this Website. No personal information is needed when visiting this Website. SLC may ask for your personal information when you register for membership, access to free download of materials, sign up to any services on this Website or seek health coaching services.
